Tammy Tang provides investment, site selection, consultancy, brokerage, and end to end transaction services for China logistics and industrial properties.

Tammy has remarkable track record in providing services to a number of leading organizations, such as Apple, P&G, GE, Nike, MSD and Shell etc. While extensively cooperating with many well-known domestic business park developers, such as, Zhangjiang, Caohejing, China Fortune Land Development, and government at all levels, Tammy is also a long-term partner to many investment institutions.

Tammy has 19 years of experience in real estate, among which 10 years in industrial property services, and worked with respected consulting firms and developers, making her one of the most influential experts in the field.

 
Martin Ecknig

Martin Ecknig started with Siemens in 1983, working for several divisions between Europe and China.

In 2001 he assumed the role of Vice President Business Administration Europe for Siemens Dematic AG, till returning to Beijing in 2004 as Vice President & Director Business Development for Siemens Ltd., China. In 2006, Martin Ecknig took on the position as Executive Vice President & CFO for Siemens Ltd. Hong Kong. At the same time, he assumed the role of CEO Asia Care Holding Ltd., and Board Director for Bosch Siemens Home Appliances Ltd until 2010.

From 2010 onwards, Martin Ecknig was in the position of Siemens Real Estate as Sector Cluster Lead North East Asia & and the Director Business Development/Property Portfolio Management Director Business Administration Region Asia-Australia.

From 2014 he holds his current position as Head of Siemens Real Estate Business Administration Region Asia-Australia, Senior Vice President Siemens Ltd., China and in addition Member of the Board, DBEST – Facility Technology Management Co., Ltd., China

 

Khrizopher PENG JIARONG
Senior Director, Asset Management Division
China Fortune Land Development (CFLD)


Based in China since 2013, he currently heads the asset management division for China Fortune Land Development (华夏幸福, Stock Code:  600340), and manages all stabilized assets in CFLD’s industrial townships across China.

Previously, Khriztopher was one of the two Asset Managers in Goodman China, as well as Mapletree Investments managing its Northern China’s logistics assets.  Before arriving in China, Khriztopher was also based in India, Hongkong, Vietnam and Singapore, managing various Southeast Asia portfolios across different real estate classes such as commercial, retail, industrial and logistics.
