Mega Event

Charlotte, NC 28202

In October of 2022, over 200 members and non-members gathered for 2022 Mega Event at the JW Marriott in uptown Charlotte for Exit Stage Left…Adapting Your Leadership Strategy. Our keynote speaker, Robin Emmons delivered a thought provoking address challenging the audience, as leaders, to understand that you CAN do GOOD while making MONEY. Profits don’t have to be valued over people and our personal and professional goals can align to meet ESG goals and financial goals. The three-afternoon breakout sessions provided an opportunity dive deeper into how they, as leaders, could lead from their seat, empower their teams, provide opportunities for self-care and mental health awareness and pour into their personal AND professional successes. We want to thank our presenting sponsor DLR Group and many others for making today possible. If you missed this year’s Mega Event be sure to make next year’s a priority!
