Post-COVID Office Design, Technology, and Employee Experience Competition

As we start to plan for a post-COVID world with new ways of working, CoreNet Carolinas wants to advance thinking of future office design through showcasing chapter talent and thought leadership. The chapter held a competition in February 2021 where teams of 2-5 people, of which at least one person was a CoreNet Carolinas member and all of whom work in the Carolinas shared their vision of what the office will look like Post- COVID. There were three categories the teams could choose: Design, Technology and Employee Experience. The judges, listed below, reviewed the submissions and rated the videos based on the requirements to submit. Was the solution creative and unique? Is the solution thorough and complete? Is the idea communicated clearly and effectively? The winners and runner up submissions were shown at the chapter's March 11 program. During this event, the attendees were able to vote for the Best in Show Winner. All winners and their videos are listed below.
